Have sex 4-5 days before you ovulate.... they say male sperm are quick and die within 3 days as to where female sperm are very slow but last 5 days so if you have sex 4-5 days before your suppose to ovulate the male sperms will die off before your egg is released leaving only female sperm left to fertilize the egg.
